Included in this pack is the total toning basics workout. I love it! Anyone can do it right away and it gives you a fabulous workout for the whole body. The end focuses on abs and I love the squishy ball. I tried the Hip hop abs routine and I love the end of it but the beginnig will take some practice to get the moves down. I will keep using the total toning basics as this is what works best for me. I love the visuals and the instructors. The whole thing was put together very well. I hate going to the gym and working out in front of people.
This system is wonderful because in the privacy of my home I'm getting a great workout. The workout changes every day, so I'm not getting bored. I've been doing this for one month and I've lost 6 pounds and inches around my stomach and rear end.
The workout ball that comes with this is great during the ab section.
If you were a little girl who did ballet or cheerleading, you will especially love this system!

I like some of the workouts, but sometimes I felt I wasn't working hard enough. They are fun for a moderate-workout day though and I like that the core workout does actually work the whole core and not just the abs. And you get plenty of stretching and toning with the "Yoga" part of YBB. The instructors are fun and helpful without the annoying "u-rah-rah" you get from some fitness instructors. The free squishy ball I got was pretty useless, though. It's too big and not squishy; more like a dodge ball or kick ball.Customer Review: where is it???

Considering I have never received my product how can I review it?? If there is anyone out there that can let me know where it is or would like to expipodite things please let me know. I am growing evermore impatient and considering cancelling my order!!
