ZOIC became an integral part of my diet since September 2009. Among all the flavors, I like the Mixed Berries best. For me, ZOIC is more about nutritional supplement than weight-loss. It helps me get through my busy mornings and occasionally keeps me full when I don't have time for lunch. When I forget to have a ZOIC for breakfast, I notice that I tend to eat a lot more throughout the day. I can't say that it helps me lose pounds, but it definitely keeps me from gaining pounds.
