I have had my unit for a month now, and I love it. I use it while I'm reading, or watching television. The preset timer allows you to program the run length up to sixty minutes in increments of ten minutes. The is no doubt in my mind that it offers the benefits it touts: lessens fatigue, increases relaxation, and treats headaches. The only downside, if there has to be one, is that at the end of the cycle the unit speeds up to expell moisture. If you doze off, you'll be awaken by a jet of air. Bottom line is that I would buy it again.
