By the time I took the 3rd pill I had broken out in a red, painful, itchy rash. My face & neck was swolen & my torso was red & itchy. I ended up seeking medical help. My doctor said to stay away from these pills as a lot of the ingredients are not fully tested & are dangerous if not taken under medical supervision. My skin was so red he thought I was sunburned. It took 2 weeks for my skin to stop peeling. Thumbs down to this product.Customer Review: I love this!

I am an RN & expected some possible reduction in menopausal symptoms, re: sleep, appetite,libido, mood, etc........there is no "perfect pill"!! It really did nothing noticeable & was a waste of $50.00 to be truthful. Sorry :( wish it did help!

I tried many supplemnts to help with symptoms of menopause; hot flashes, mood swings, and weight gain. Zalestra reduced the frequency of hot flashes. I do notice a decrease in appetite but no weight loss (and I do exercise. I am on my second bottle so I would recommend it for hot flashes and irritability, but I don't see where it will work as a wt loss supplement. :(Customer Review: I have severe menopausal symptoms and this product did nothing for me.
