Customer Review: Extreamly Disapointed!!! and Upset!

Let me start by saying I have never wrote a review in my 10yrs of using amazon! This is my first time. I bought this product and was extremely happy when it arrived in my office. The reason I bought the product was to stop the smelly shoes that I get. I often buy new shoes ever 3 months and replace them. it normal takes me 3 to 4 months for the shoes to get a little smelly. So, i had a brand new pair that i bought 2 weeks ago, me trying to be pro active, tried this product on my shoe before it started to get smelly, I thought if I start now it will last me a long time. It was a $200 pair of shoes. BOY WAS I WRONG!!! I threw the shoe away the next day! The smell this thing left behind is terrible. it smells like Clorox, I could not stand it. my brand new shoes had to be throne away right away. I can not believe I bought this product and tried on my new shoe. I am extremely upset and which I could take it back, but I cant.
SO, the conclusion is don't buy this product, it will make your life miserable as least mine did. I wrote to the company about it and they did not care at all! They did nothing, the answer was well to bad so sad if you don't like it. I was extremely surprised by their response. So nothing I can do about it.

I would just like to leave some comments about my experience with this product. 1) it did not eliminate the odor, even after several applications (and following the directions) and 2) be very careful with its application as it turned my carpet red! Thanks, Lisa
