I saw these in passing at Target last weekend and grabbed a couple boxes of them - and I am SO in love! The Ziploc Big Bag Is exactly what it says - a really HUGE ziplock bag that is big enough for the kids summer clothes, extra blankets, spare sheets, camping tarps, air matresses etc.
These are great in the garage. Using these, your linen stuff gets sealed up so that they dont get musty or dirty in storage and if you get all the air out of them, they make the linens take up way less space than just folding them and putting them on the shelf. They even have a handy dandy handle on them which really makes them way easier to handle when they are full.
I saw the previous review from the person that had trouble with holes in them - but we had no such trouble. They remained airtight for us. Maybe Ziploc updated the product.
I bought a few Space Bags, once upon a time. I loved them. Till we moved and someone looked at it the wrong way at it and it got all re-inflated. And the darn things cost me 10 bucks apiece to boot!
Ziploc Big Bags cost about a dollar apiece and I bet you could stick a vacuum hose into a space in the seal and get the same effect as the Space Bag... but having a seven year old sit down on it before you seal it works just as well.
