I HAVE BEEN USING THIS PRODUCT FOR ABOUT A YEAR NOW. IT SAVES WASHING PANS, AND THE VEGETABLES COME OUT GREAT! EVERY MICROWAVE IS DIFFERENT, SO START WITH LESS TIME THAN WHAT IT SAYS UNTIL YOU ARE USED TO IT. I HAD TROUBLE FINDING THE LARGE SIZE BAGS IN THE LOCAL MARKETS AND WAL-MART AND TARGET, SO I WAS SO EXCITED WHEN I FOUND THEM HERE. TIP: WASH VEGETABLES BEFORE PUTTING IN BAG-THEY NEED SOME MOISTURE TO COOK PROPERLY. I PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT AT AMAZON.COM. LYNDA FROM CHEPACHET RHODE ISLAND.
