One should be able to set and reset this item quickly -- esp on-the-go. Impossible. the tiny plastic buttons don't respond even when pressed with a pencil tip or they slide under the plastic case. It takes ten minutes to set reminder, then it can't be changed. This could be a very useful item if it were made properly -- with metal parts like a watch, for eg. Do not buy -- esp for an invalid or a person with arthritis

I hate this thing so much. First, it is hard to set. Second, it has no flexibility (if you have to take medication several times a day instead of just one. Finally, it is very cheap!! The "stop" button collapsed into itself, so now it is broken.
My conclusion= This thing is junk
My recommendation= Don't buy it!
