I purchased these inserts for the tiny gpants for newborns. At first, I was having trouble with leaks, and gdiapers customer service told me that the small cloth inserts were not designed for the tiny gpants, only the small. Still, I didn't give up, and after getting used to properly adjusting the tiny gpants, I no longer had difficulty with any major leaks. Sometimes my son will leak through the liners, but I think that is when I don't have him aimed correctly. In any case, it is a rare occasion and would likely happen even with disposables. I just started using the small gpants today, as my baby boy is growing, and I think they'll work even better.

gCloth inserts offer a washable and reusable option for gDiapers. They are designed specifically to fit our soft little gPants so they don?t require any folding. They provide the same trim fit as our biodegradable gRefills without giving up the absorbency. Two layers of soft 100% polyester microfleece wick moisture away from baby's bottom keeping it feeling dry and comfortable. Two layers of hemp/cotton absorb wetness and hold moisture in. The white side goes against baby's bum, the brown hemp/cotton side goes down. Hemp doesn?t wear out, it wears in. Hemp in particular becomes more absorbent with use so the more you wash gCloth inserts, the softer and more absorbent they become. Six inserts per pack.Baby Care
