I was given the Bookstone photo scanner as a present. It worked well until had to reload the photo scanner software after a computer failure. I never got the software to work. I sent an email to Bookstone customer service requesting information on where to download the software. They sent information on how to download the software for a negative and slide scanner. Wrong!! I specifically asked for software for the Iconvert photo scanner. I am still waiting. I do not recommend this product.Customer Review: never worked

I purchased the iConvert photo scanner for 79.99 from Brookstone. I am kicking myself for having waited past the 60 day mark to try it out. I just assumed it would work, just thought that I might not be crazy about the quality of the scan. Boy was I wrong! I think it is a hardware issue. I installed the driver, my computer sees the scanner, but the scanner itself will not scan at all. It goes out with the trash tomorrow.Customer Review: Save your money

I got this and managed to scan 24 pictures before the camera in th iConvert Photo Scanner failed. The problem isn't with the software but the hardware. And well of course I can't buy just the scanner.
Brookstone shame on you for sell such horrible items.

It doesn't work. and when it does, my flatbed is better at half the resolution. And why would you want to crop every photo. Now I know why I like to browse Brookstone and not buy!
