A lot of the reviews say they don't feel drowsy the next day. But I do, I definitely do. I used it a few time, hoping it was another factor. But every time, felt drowsy. Yuck. I have 90 more pills and nothing to do with them... throw away?Customer Review: I have never been so groggy in my life!

I had been having trouble getting to sleep for a few weeks (due to the heat and lack of schedule [teacher on summer vacation!]). In the past, I would just take an allergy pill and the histamine would put me to sleep, or I'd try a melatonin as a natural sleep aid. My mom had a bottle of Kirkland Sleep Aid and I took one last night at 11. I slept until 10:30am, then took another nap around noon. It is now 6:45pm and I STILL feel groggy and horrible. I have never had this kind of reaction, or for so long! I had 2 cups of coffee, 2 diet cokes, and tons of water over the day to help wake me up, but no help. Weird thing is that I feel fatigue in my chest and torso.
So, what can I say.... if you take this product, try taking only half the pill until you get used to the effects...

The title of this review says it all--After waking up I felt very groggy and listless. The third time I tried it I cut the pill in half: my reaction was only SLIGHTLY less than with the full dose but bad enough to disturb my day's activities.
