I receive four bottles of this laundry elixir every quarter via Amazon susbscribe and save. Normally, I'd say detergent is detergent, but Amazon sent me an email asking me to review this, and I've got a few minutes between meetings, so why not?
To be honest, I've never noticed much performance difference among major detergent brands. They all seem to get our clothes clean. What's to like about Method, then?
-- The bottle is blue. Blue is my favorite color. This detergent also comes in a pearly white bottle, but that's the unscented variety. What fun is that?
-- The detergent is concentrated, so the bottle is smaller.
-- The bottle makes statements about environmental virtue and what not. I feel vaguely better about using this detergent, although I'd have a hard time telling you exactly why.
-- The understated graphics on the bottle fit with my aging wannabe hipster aesthetics.
-- My wife likes this detergent. Generally, if she's happy, I'm happy.
