Method laundry detergent is overpriced for the performance it gives. It is more expensive than Tide per load and while it leaves clothes with a fresh scent, it only lightened stains rather than removed them. In fact, it didn't even remove the sweat stains from pillowcases. Method is an overpriced product targeted at cashing in on the "green" craze. If you want clean clothes and an environmentally safe product, there are much better products on the market at a much lower price.Customer Review: very strong "laundry" scent, gave son a rash

We tried this and while I thought it smelled nice and did a good job of cleaning our clothes, it gave my son a bad rash. We actually took him to the dr before we realized it was from the detergent. It smells like Tide and not like a natural scent.
We went back to ecover laundry detergent, abandoned the Method to the building's laundry room and my son's rash went away. I wouldn't recommend this if you or a family member has sensitive skin.
