This paper is very good for testing and I use less than the lable suggests, I use just 1/2 inch, double my value since I use it three times a day. The value is good with the refill. Just a good deal.

Together, the term pH means the hydrion ion exponent. Test your pH with this convenient dispenser containing a 15-foot roll of pH litmus paper. The dispenser includes a color chart to determine your pH value. The body pH value tells you how acidic or alkaline your body is, and balancing your body pH is essential for a healthy body and a major line of defense against sickness and disease. Your body works hard to maintain a balanced pH because that allows its systems to operate more efficiently and effectively. Imbalance, on the other hand, leads to obesity, fatigue, premature aging and other health problems. To maintain a balanced pH, your body pulls certain minerals, such as sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium, from its tissues to neutralize acids in the blood. If it can't do that successfully, it will dump the acids into various organs, which causes health problems.
