I love my trash can. We love the bags. They fit perfectly. Of course they are called "Sure Fit", and they live up to the name. I order directly from the company, and order several boxes at a time. The last order that I received, something was a little off. The manufacturing of the bags has changed. The box is different, the bag is thinner, the drawstring is thinner, and the bag ripped for the first time EVER when I took it out of the inner liner. Their bags have not ripped in 2 years on me!! A fluke possibly? I emailed SH directly, and they replaced the box without issue. The new box DID NOT have the same problem. The liners are as good as they were before and it was only a problem with the single box. I am working with QC and R&D, and I expect that as good as this company is about fixing things, that this will no longer be an issue, so I'll stick with my expensive wonderful bags.
