This is the best back support for its money I've ever had! Before this one, I had this soft strapy thing that stretched out after couple of days and was just a waste of money so I did a LOT of research before I invested my money in this posture support brace. I am 6'5" and work a desk job all day which causes me to slouch more than I'd like to; thus, my spine gets out of line and I feel pain all the time. I am an active athlete on top of that, and had back problems all through my college career and this posture support is amazing!!! The best part is that you can adjust as much as you need to and still get great results. As skeptic as I am - this brace really works wearing just 20min a day.
One thing I would change, is these cushion-like-things added right at the top of the shoulder - that makes it challenging to wear the brace under clothing.
Also! Very important thing - you might want to get the brace a bit bigger than you'd normally would because the strap that wraps around the waste is really short...

The full back posture support/upper back support is designed to support the back and shoulders. There are two foam lined straps that go over the shoulder and under the arm. The straps then crisscross across the lower back and wrap around the abdomen with an adjustable Velcro closure in the front. By tightening the Velcro in the front it supports the shoulders by pulling them back and up. As the shoulders move back the chest comes forward and the back and spine become straighter. The back panel is made with a durable military grade canvas duct material and there are three support stays sewn into the material so the support will maintain its shape and positioning. By using the full back design it also helps to relieve pressure on the tissue under the arms by having the straps wrap around the body at a lower spot.
